Yash Raj Films’ Pathaan, directed by Siddharth Anand, is on a historic run at the domestic and overseas box office. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham the film which released across 8000 screens worldwide has been doing brisk business. After opening to a thunderous start, the collections of Pathaan witnessed exponential growth each passing day. Now, a little over a week after its release the business of the film has managed to cross the Rs. 700 cr mark at the worldwide box office. On its ninth day, Pathaan has registered an incredible Rs. 15.65 crore nett in India (Hindi – Rs. 15 crore, All Dubbed versions – Rs. 0.65 crore). With this the total domestic collections of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer in India stand at Rs. 364.15 crore (Hindi – Rs. 351 crore, Dubbed – Rs. 13.15 crore). Seeing a similar business trend in the overseas markets, in 9 days, Pathaan has recorded $31.85 million (Rs. 259.6 crore) in the overseas territories. Collecting a staggering Rs. 695.6 cr at the worldwide box office in just 9 days, Pathaan is all set to break the Rs. 700 cr mark to become one of the all-time highest Bollywood grossers. Interestingly, while the film has done exceedingly well, trade predictions state that the business of Pathaan will see a spike in collections over its second weekend running.
